Roles of Facilitators:

As per the directions of RTERC, the Senior Regional Managers of your district and state will get the work done The directions given by the Senior Regional Managers will be final. The facilitors should have the qualities –

Communication skills, nobleness, patience, compromising, Indian sacraments, dedication to Guru, gentleness and concentration even in adversity, dedication to work and error free work etc.

1. At the time of entering the school gate, greet the teacher/Headmaster/Principal who meets you, by saying ‘JAI SHRI KRISHANA’ politely, sweetly and smilingly. Then give your introduction and take time for 40 minutes and effectively explain your mission.

2. Explain SKILL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME to the Principal/Headmaster. Make him/her feel the need of this programme. Create conducive and convincing environment. Give information about RTERC to the Principal/Headmaster. At the end of the meeting, come out of the school and fill up the monitoring form and need assessment form don’t fill up these in the presence of the Principal.

3. To put on the RTERC-Identity Card is mandatory when you are on contact in schools.
